Job description
Our O2 Building Services team are looking for a Building Services Manager to join their team.
You’ll assist with the management of the planned preventative maintenance programme process to maintain the M & E elements of the buildings and maximise the life of all infrastructure and capital equipment.
You’ll assist the Senior Building Manager in leading the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering team, to provide exceptional levels of service and also help with the compilation of periodic reports on all aspects of the M&E service delivery.
You’ll ensure all O2 building related health and safety and statutory obligations are met and a positive health and safety culture is maintained.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate considerable breadth and depth of knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering related facilities maintenance issues along with experience of managing a complex building with a high visitor footfall.
You’ll have people management experience and an understanding of recruitment, performance management and development.
You will possess a relevant M&E Engineering qualification to at least technician level; be qualified in health & safety to at least IOSH Managing Safely level and have experience in compiling and reviewing Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
With sound budgetary management skills, you’ll be commercially astute and aware of clients and customer’s needs.
Someone who positively encourages team working across functional disciplines; you’ll be driven by challenging personal and team goals and be able to demonstrate an excellent service delivery history.

Where: You’ll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start and end times and work remotely once a week.
