Job Description:
The Administrator will be assisting with the daily operations associated with the Building Safety Case work . This individual will be a member of the Tetra Consulting team and will provide support to multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administrative support, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Administration support for the business development team regarding Building Safety Case.
- Dealing with requests for information and sales administration for the field-based business development team.
- Managing the correspondence between the business development team and their clients
- Updating the company CRM system and relevant files with information required
- Dealing with client enquiries via email and telephone
- Updating the operations databases
Work Location:
- Remote working, 2 -3 days a week
Skills required:
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office applications
- The ability to work independently
- Well organised with great attention to detail
- Be fluent in both verbal and written English
- Good telephone manner
- Organisational skills
- Client facing skills
Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 1-2 months
Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour
