Job Description:

The Administrator will be assisting with the daily operations associated with the Building Safety Case work . This individual will be a member of the Tetra Consulting team and will provide support to multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administrative support, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration support for the business development team regarding Building Safety Case.
  • Dealing with requests for information and sales administration for the field-based business development team.
  • Managing the correspondence between the business development team and their clients
  • Updating the company CRM system and relevant files with information required
  • Dealing with client enquiries via email and telephone
  • Updating the operations databases

Work Location:

  • Remote working, 2 -3 days a week

Skills required:

  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office applications
  • The ability to work independently
  • Well organised with great attention to detail
  • Be fluent in both verbal and written English
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organisational skills
  • Client facing skills

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 1-2 months

Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour
