Site Manager Job Description
Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the project
- Manage project budget and schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction workeragement or related field preferred
