Job description

YOU WILL:

• Prepare a variety of bubble tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
• Handle and maintain equipment, including tea brewing machines
• Ensure all ingredients and supplies are well-stocked and properly stored
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing product recommendations
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including equipment, utensils, and countertops
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the safety of customers and coworkers
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and reporting low stock levels
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service
• Stay updated on current bubble tea trends, flavours, and preparation techniques

YOU ARE:

• Legally eligible to work in the UK
• Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Rotas will always be given 2 weeks in advance
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: £7.00-£10.42 per hour
