As a Bubble Tea Barista, you will be a people person with fantastic front of house skills, great attention to detail and a desire to learn. You will support the store manager in the daily running of the store. With your passion we will grow our business.
The perfect candidate will be ready to hit the ground running, a background in the hospitality industry would be advantageous however full training will be provided. You need to have a positive can-do attitude, excellent decision-making skills, and the energy needed to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities

· Keep a clean and organised working area throughout the day
· Maintain high company standards in health and safety practices
· Support the store management team
Skills & Qualifications
· Passion and knowledge of the hospitality sector
· Self-motivated and inspiring
· Be available flexibly during operational hours (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
· Experience within the hospitality sector would be a distinct advantage
Work environment
You will be operating our flagship store located in the heart of Leicester city centre, working with a team of part time and full-time team members in a fun filled environment focused on customer service and product quality at all times.
