Job description
- Investigate, deliver restorations, and produce solutions in the BSS (Billing, Charging, Mediation) systems of Ericsson.
- Plan implementation of product configuration / live network integration.
- Complete product configuration knowledge.
- Implement integration and migration work.
- Work to identify and drive improvements.
Technical Requirement –
- 4-12 years of telecom domain experience preferably on OSS - BSS side.
- Good understanding of BSS, Revenue Management (Charging, Billing, Mediation) on Ericsson Systems.
- Good knowledge and hands on over CDR / UDR generation, subscription, billing, and payment management.
- Good knowledge over prepaid call flow, rating, charging concepts.
- Good knowledge on Operating System (Linux, Solaris). VM knowledge (VMWare, VirtualBox etc.)
- Knowledge of Shell scripting (Perl, python and Java will be an added advantage)
- Database knowledge (Oracle, PL/SQL, mySQL)
- End to End Technical Understanding and Good with technical trouble shooting.
- Proven experience in high complex and/or transformation projects in the OSS/BSS area.
- Strong knowledge in BSS and Cloud systems integration.
- Experience of CRM, Self-care Portal, Service Order, Service Activation, Orchestration, Policy Control, Order management- provisioning.
