Liverpool’s leading bridal boutique is looking for an experienced, full time sales assistant for their city centre based store.
Hours – 9.00am to 5.00pm, 5 days per week across week days and Saturdays (extra hours may be occasionally needed)
Salary - £10.50 per hour + commission
Florianni is an independent bridal boutique based in Liverpool city centre that specialises in providing superior customer service as well as being the UK exclusive stockist for some of the industry’s most sought after bridal designers.
We are looking for an experienced, driven and passionate sales assistant to join our expanding team. Your day to day role will involve, but not be limited to, the following:
Role & responsibilities:
· Respond to customer enquiries in a friendly, professional and timely manner
· Log all customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up where necessary
· Ensure that the store is ready and presentable for appointments
· Greet customers/any guests to the store and make them feel comfortable
· Carry out appointments and advise the customer where necessary
· Take precise measurements from the bride
· Arrange follow up appointments/collections and fittings
· Post on social media and respond where necessary
· Keep up to date with industry trends
· Maintain good knowledge of the company’s products and services
Candidate requirements:
· Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
· Excellent customer service skills
· Knowledge of the wedding industry and latest bridal trends/styles
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience of using a CRM system to track sales leads
· Must be flexible with working hours/days
