The Role
Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking a Bricklayer to join the team at our Birmingham branch, covering the South Birmingham area. The Project
The role involves carrying out all aspects of Bricklaying/Groundworks, to a high standard, with the minimum of Supervision. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters. You will also operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas. Typical work will comprise of maintenance/renewals to properties. Essential and Desirable Criteria
Essential Criteria: Full UK driving licence Certificate in Bricklaying or NVQ 2 in Bricklaying or the equivalent Previous bricklaying/building experience CSCS H&S Operative Test Certificate + CSCS Blue Card Desirable Criteria: Experience working in the social housing sector Fortem embraces diversity in the workplace and encourages applications from all sectors of the community.
