What you’ll be doing!Full/Part time roles avaiable - Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre is looking for warm, welcoming and outgoing individual to join the Food and Beverage team. Working in the Glasshouse Bar and Restaurant you will deliver exceptional service to each one of our guests whether it be first thing in the morning as they enjoy a leisurely breakfast or last thing at night at they relax at the bar. Deliver an outstanding F&B experience to our guests2. Understand & deliver our drinks/food menu3. Be the first point of communication for our guests in the F&B outlets4. Ensure policies & procedures are followed including cashing up the end of your shift5. Provide a polite & professional service to our guests at all times6. Ensure the F&B outlets are presentable at all times7. Up-selling in line with latest department targets/incentives8. Comply with H&S regulations9. Bringing food & drink to the guests table10.
