We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to become part of our F&B team here in Holiday Inn Express TRAFFORDCITY.

We are looking for motivated individuals, who can commit themselves to doing breakfast shifts 07.00- 12.00

Job role

• Working in a fast-paced environment , delivering food and drinks to the table, cleaning tables
• Ensuring that all guests experience an outstanding level of service throughout their stay
• Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
• Engage, build, and develop relationships with guests, assessing their needs and flexing style and approach appropriately
• Being attentive to all guests and looking for opportunities to up-sell and make recommendations to enhance their experience
• Responding promptly to guest complaints and finding ways to turnaround any negative feedback
• Keeping up to date with hotel facilities, promotions, and the local market area, to be able to effectively assist guests
• Looking for ways to deliver continuous improvements to the guest experience.

What we are looking for in a F&B Team member

• Flexibility in terms of hours and shifts - starting times could be 6am/6:30am/7am· and working during the weekends would be required
• Customer service abilities and confidence
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience is desirable, but not essential
• Great communication skills
• Attention to details and attentiveness to the guests needs
• Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines
• Confident and outgoing personality
• Hard-working
• Ability to work as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: From £10.81 per hour
