Job role

Working in a fast-paced environment , delivering food and drinks to the table, cleaning tables
Ensuring that all guests experience an outstanding level of service throughout their stay
Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
Engage, build, and develop relationships with guests, assessing their needs and flexing style and approach appropriately
Being attentive to all guests and looking for opportunities to up-sell and make recommendations to enhance their experience
Responding promptly to guest complaints and finding ways to turnaround any negative feedback
Keeping up to date with hotel facilities, promotions, and the local market area, to be able to effectively assist guests
Looking for ways to deliver continuous improvements to the guest experience.

What we are looking for in a F&B Team member

Flexibility in terms of hours and shifts - starting times could be 6am/6:30am/7am· and working during the weekends would be required
Customer service abilities and confidence
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Experience is desirable, but not essential
Great communication skills
Attention to details and attentiveness to the guests needs
Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines
Confident and outgoing personality
Hard-working
Ability to work as part of a team
