O cargo oferece um contrato permanente em tempo integral, com 40 horas trabalhadas por semana. É necessário ter flexibilidade para trabalhar quaisquer cinco dias entre sete, inclusive em horários noturnos e aos fins de semana.

Em troca, oferecemos um salário competitivo, um generoso esquema de bônus e uma ampla gama de benefícios. O salário inicial para esta posição é de £25,938 por ano, aumentando para £26,978 após a conclusão bem-sucedida do treinamento.

Esta posição é elegível para inclusão na política de trabalho híbrido da empresa.

Coordenar-se com os departamentos internos a fim de solucionar as dúvidas de nossos clientes.
Proporcionar uma experiência positiva ao cliente e resolução de primeira.
Responder às questões de clientes de forma hábil através de Chat Ao-Vivo e e-mail.
Usar ferramentas internas para auxiliar e assumir a questão do seu cliente.
Promover o jogo seguro.
Manter o conhecimento das políticas, procedimentos e requisitos de licenciamento.
