This job will work across the whole of BT Group to ensure a consistent and effective brand architecture for customers, colleagues and the other organisations we work with.
What you'll be doing
- Helping to solve strategic puzzles across BT Group
- Support on the continued roll out of the BT Group brand, including helping stakeholders around the business know when and how to use it.
- Work with key teams on strategic projects where central brand support is needed - e.g. on strategic or naming projects
- Work closely with brand management and brand studio teams as the brand strategy expert on specific projects
- Produce brand collateral for use around the business (brand architecture, brand pages on intranet etc.)
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders from around the business ensuring brand engagement
Skills and experience you will need
- Planner experience or a background in branding or marketing - either from an agency or client-side
- Great communicator with a clear and direct style
- Experience with building good relationships across organisational boundaries
- An analytical mindset and love to solve problems
- Confident with presenting (sometimes complicated) information in a clear, simple way
- Team player with the initiative to get stuck in when needed
- Track record of delivering excellent creative across all media channels (digital and traditional) and pushing brands to leading edge of DR creative.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and respect, and build strong working relationships with your stakeholders i.e. legal, product, trading, marketing
- Demonstrable professionalism with a proven ability to operate in a complex, fast paced matrixed business environment
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and being able to parallel track numerous key priorities
- Ability to drive agency partnerships to ensure clarity of workflow and priorities, and ensure strong cross-agency communications
