POSITION SUMMARY:
Laboratory is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position. The ideal candidate is a result-orientated project manager with 2+ years of experience in a creative or marketing agency. They are deeply creative and highly strategic, and can provide clear, concise communication with clients and other team members.
The role will work alongside the rest of the Laboratory team and report to our
Creative Brand Manager to further define and create content and campaigns across all of Laboratory’s clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure client goals are met.
- Use web analytics and business intelligence tools like Google Analytics to create monthly reports.
- Consistently managing expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, and scopes.
- Assist with creative direction and coordinate projects with designers.
- Create monthly content calendars for clients’ social media accounts.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, brand coordinators, contractors, and interns.
- Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to increase the value we bring to our clients.
- Produce impactful campaigns through proactive planning and active prioritization of all deliverables across multiple projects with resources spanning strategy, research, digital, creative, and production.
- Daily resolution of time-sensitive issues.
- Optimize internal processes to ensure that deadlines are met as efficiently as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a similar program.
- 2-3 years of experience in an agency setting.
- Highly creative with a strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is an asset.
- Strong creative writing skills and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in digital marketing and ad platforms including Meta and Google Display Network.
- Entrepreneurial spirit is preferred.
