We have a role for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join the Key Account Sales team in London and lead one of the largest, performance driven Travel advertisers in the world.
Success in this position requires a strategic and consultative approach focused on a deep understanding of our client's business, customer service, travel specific digital media experience and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
A key element will be collaborating with specialists across the business including Measurement, Product and Engineering teams to ensure TikTok's unique marketing solutions can deliver scalable, ROI driven results for our client's business.
Responsibilities
- Client lead responsible for all internal and external stakeholder management, long-term account plan development, product education and adoption
- Identify, prioritise and secure revenue opportunities through consultative and strategic client engagement - deep understanding of client's business objectives to deliver media solutions that tie to client's business objectives and KPIs
- Create compelling sales propositions utilising consumer trends, market knowledge and data-driven insights
- Develop and implement best practices for client servicing including relationship management, product suite education and enablement, business reviews, reporting and analysis
- Work closely with client solutions and core cross functional teams to constantly analyse performance, drive test and learn strategies and brainstorm and develop scalable advertising solutions to deliver measurable results
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership, innovation and performance solutions specific to the Travel industry
- Experience in commercial role at a technology-driven company, media sales role (at a digital media publisher/platform/agency) or brand
- Experience working with Travel clients / OTA with a deep understanding of their business and media challenges
- Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and acquisition marketing
- Demonstrated history of managing partnerships that require moving complex decisions through organisations successfully
- Personal track record of commercial success and ability to win the support of senior stakeholders
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills to command an audience of senior stakeholders and bring partners and colleagues on your journey
- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills
