The Scheme
Trainees benefit from four secondments within the Marketing and Sales department during the one-year scheme.
SECONDMENT 1: DATA AND SUPPORT (3 months)
Secondment 1: Data and Support, allows you to integrate into the team, supporting them and learning the finer details of marketing data, kickstarting your learning at the right pace for you and the company.
SECONDMENT 2: DELEGATE SALES (3 months)
Secondment 2: Delegate Sales, draws on your data knowledge from the first secondment and uses it to help train you to become an expert salesperson. You’ll learn how to convert marketing data and strategy into actual sales and earn commission on every sale you make.
SECONDMENT 3: MARKETING A CONFERENCE (3 months)
Secondment 3: Marketing a conference, continues your sales journey but includes the addition of actually leading the marketing of a conference. It’s all about your ideas, your strategy, and your critical thinking – how do you turn the ideas of the producer into a winning campaign? You’ll get to market the conference start to finish, attending the conference to see your hard work pay off.
SECODNMENT 4: CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT (3 months)
Your final secondment: Campaign Management delves further into your skill set as you take on more conferences and learn how to maintain several campaigns at once. Expect a fast ride at the end of your year, with quick turn over expected. If you are results and target driven then this is where you will finish with a bang.
