We're looking for an ambitious and creative brand marketer who’s tuned into global Muslim cultures. You’ll play a massive role in transforming how 2 billion Muslims around the world meet and marry.
We're looking for
An enthusiastic and ambitious marketer with experience growing consumer startup brands
The role is based in London with a global ambition - ideally you’ll have strong connections to Muslim cultures around the world
This role is perfect for someone who has diverse marketing experience under their belt, and is looking to grow their brand skillsets at a fast-paced startup
A creative thinker - you're brimming with ideas and not afraid of testing and experimenting with them
Being data-savvy is key to success at Muzz - you’re someone who can prioritise work based on its impact AND use data to prove it
Someone who would thrive on travelling regularly to our different markets to meet customers, partners and influencers
You’ll already have experience managing a small team
Day to day
You’ll report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work with them to set Quarterly brand priorities for each of our key regions. Together you’ll set budgets and measure the impact of the brand team on building awareness and driving installs
You’ll lead a team of Country Managers to ensure the Muzz brand is growing in key regions. You’ll help set their priorities and they’ll help you understand what’s most important in their owned regions
You’ll work on multiple channels including social & content, out of home advertising, PR, events, influencers and more
You’ll be the guardian of Muzz’s brand and tone of voice - everything from how we look to how we talk
We want someone who lives and breathes modern brand marketing - show us your creative side!
You'll also have a big say in the direction of our Muslim dating and marriage app - running focus groups and analysing user data to help us understand how we should speak to our diverse members
