Support the Head of Brand Marketing and Brand Marketing Manager on the management of the marketing activity calendar and campaign planning.

The Brand Exec will report directly into the Brand Marketing Manager, but will work as a general assistant for the Brand Marketing function as a whole. This is an intrinsic role in our developing team and an opportunity for the successful candidate to support the team on the departments output and responsibility which includes - delivery of brand campaigns from shoots to implementation, campaign planning for 3rd party brands (EMP), keeping the marketing calendar up to date and regularly reviewing opportunities, completing brand ROS’s and delivering reporting internally and to external marketplace brands, assisting with onsite stories and blog management.

The Brand Exec role will suit someone immersed within the world of fashion and social media, who understands the latest trends across fashion, lifestyle, influencer and social. What you'll be doing

  • Support in the maintenance of brand calendars
  • Oversee project plans and pull departments in as necessary
  • Assist in collation of sample trackers, campaign sample management, senior team expenses and invoices
  • Assist in and co-ordinate campaign shoot planning
  • Assist in presentation and strategy research from brand appropriate influencer partners to industry research
  • Assist in creation of campaign and collaboration reporting and monitor performance
  • Drive brand partnerships alongside Head of Brand and Marketing Manager, from research to outreach and final live partnership
  • Contribute ideas and industry trends – all team members ideas are vital
  • Co-ordinating promotional activities and events
  • Work alongside the social media, influencer and content teams to create brand appropriate ideas and deliverables
  • Work closely with the creative team to brief in and bring to life campaign assets.
  • Deliver on agreed KPIs

More about you

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel is key
  • Understanding of Adobe, InDesign and Photoshop beneficial but not essential
  • Experience working with a brand marketing, PR either in-house or agency role at a junior / assistant level would be beneficial
  • Excellent time management – deadlines are critical and attention to detail
  • Passion for communications, social media and retail marketing in general
  • An intense interest in fashion and related fields i.e. music / arts / beauty / film and television
  • Strong communication skills. The role involves liaising with colleagues and stakeholders both internal and external
  • Flexible, adaptable working style with a ability to learn quickly and multi-task
