Novartis is looking for an excellent and ambitious marketeer to lead one of their top strategic Brands in the company. You will be a huge part of the success of a brand that has already changed lives of more than 1,000,000 people globally across multiple indications.

As an Immunology Brand Manager, you will support the global team to co-create brand strategy while ensuring excellence in execution locally, maximising current portfolio while paving the way for new indications pipeline.

You will have the opportunity use innovative science and technology to address some of society’s most challenging healthcare issues as we work together with the system to implement solutions that drive access for UK patients.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead the cross-functional UK brand Team, including the coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives.
  • Identifies area market insights and opportunity via customer interactions.
  • Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s).
  • Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budgets.
  • Prepare content of Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
  • Run market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitor /anticipate market development.
  • Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
  • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • University degree in business or life sciences.
  • Experience in marketing positions within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working in the UK market – Immunology / Biologics essential
  • UK launch experience with strong leadership skills
