As the UK Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing brand marketing activity that achieves or exceeds our commercial and customer targets. You will work closely with the wider UK Marketing Team, and the Global Brand team to lead the growth and maintenance of a highly effective brand strategy in the UK. This role is a fixed term contract from September 2023 to June 2024
What you'll bring
- Brand Marketing experience in a high growth environment
- Subject matter expert in the field of brand marketing, and brand campaigns
- Expert understanding of brand management and how to create a sound, strategic marketing plan
- Effective relationship building and stakeholder management at all levels across the business
What you'll do
- Bring to life the brand across the UK business and out to prospective and existing Accountant & Bookkeeping Partners and Small Businesses
- Lead the planning and execution of brand marketing, sponsorship and mass media investment
- Manage agency relationships (media, sports marketing and creative brand agencies) and relevant agency budgets
- Manage the relationship with our key sponsorship partners: The FA and Lewes FC
- Champion the brand across the business, providing messaging and segmentation guidance to ensure consistency
- Measure, track and report on the effectiveness of brand marketing activity
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer profiles, listen to our customers and our people, translate voice of customer insights into real actions across different functions
