POSITION DESCRIPTION
In the role of Brand manager, you will be the brand champion for our Celotex and Isover brands. You will be a dedicated and passionate in building the brand and image of our organisation and our solutions and services. You will be the ‘go to’ brand expert for all things brand and communications related to the brands.
Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions provides innovative, market leading and sustainable solutions that help to make our built environments better. Our aim is to make the world a better home for all by creating high performance drylining and insulation solutions that take care of people and the planet.
We do this with the collective expertise and know-how of our brands - British Gypsum, Celotex and Isover. Together we will help our construction partners to design, manufacture and distribute products that build healthy, sustainable environments and support the wellbeing of us all.

What will I be doing in the role?
- Understanding our customer’s needs, expectations, market trends and activity while developing and implementing strategies that resonate with customers in market sectors
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, and sponsorships
- Manage social media strategy for the brands and develop a plan for content, engagement, and growth of the social community for the brands
- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value, profitability and measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI
- Collaborating with internal and external teams and third parties
- Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Is this role right for me?
- Degree Level education
- Experience in brand management, creation of strategic plans and supporting planned growth
- Good communication skills
- Budget management skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- The ability to work effectively under deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously
