<span 72="">Position Summary
<span 72="">We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Confectionery team as a Brand Manager for Chocolate Classics Brands and Pan Brand initiatives, based at our York office. The brand remit for this role includes Yorkie, Rolo, Lion, Munchies, Toffee Crisp, Crunch and large-scale new product launches and events that span across many of our other big brands. This really is an exciting time to join the team and could provide you with the opportunity to be at the heart of some of the UKs favourite brands.

<span 72="">A day in the life of a Brand Manager...
<span 72="">As a Brand Manager, you will support the Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Manager to develop and deliver new products, packaging, and events that delight our customers & consumers, quite often with an entrepreneurial spirit and by putting our brand purpose and sustainability ambition at the heart.

<span 72="">You will be responsible for the brand management of a portfolio of brands (including Yorkie, Lion, Toffee Crisp, Munchies, Crunch and Rolo) plus additional responsibilities of developing and executing pan brand initiatives with the wider team, flexibly working across both areas as workload dictates. Your role will ensure we deliver against the Operational Master Plan objectives with the customer & consumer in mind.

<span 72="">These are some of the areas you will be involved in delivering:
<span 72="">• Supporting the Marketing Team with Strategic Projects, actively inputting and demonstrating critical and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Responsible for the successful deployment of NPD and Packaging projects
  • Use business intelligence to capture key-facts/trends to help make right business choices and report internally/to the Zone
  • Working cross functionally to plan and build channel and customers plans for your brands and formats

<span 72="">You will also have:
<span 72="">• An understanding of, and experience in, digital & social marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Track record in delivering agreed performance objectives and demonstrating effective workload management and prioritisation.
  • Evidence of good numeracy and analytical skills
  • Experience managing multiple, complex projects
  • Budget management and an understanding of key principles of P&L
  • Experience in coordinating & participating in cross functional teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to influence and build strong relationships
  • Strong presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders
