The Brand Manager will work closely with the CEO to develop and execute branding and marketing strategies specifically for COCOA+, our high-protein chocolate brand. Prior experience in being a Brand Manager in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is required for this role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand's growth and make a meaningful impact in the chocolate industry.Key Responsibilities:Brand Development: Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity for COCOA+.Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO to create and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth for COCOA+.Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, and marketing materials, to engage our target audience for COCOA+.Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns specific to COCOA+, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).Market Research: Conduct market research for COCOA+ to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand improvement.Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends within the FMCG sector to stay ahead in the market.Brand Messaging: Develop and maintain clear and compelling brand messaging for COCOA+.Partnerships: Explore potential brand partnerships and collaborations for COCOA+ to expand its reach.Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget effectively for COCOA+.Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to COCOA+ to measure the success of branding and marketing efforts.Feedback and Adaptation: Continuously gather feedback from customers for COCOA+ and adapt branding strategies accordingly.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in brand management and marketing, with a specific focus on the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.Strong creativity and the ability to think outside the box.Excellent communication and writing skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices is a plus.Ready to join the chocolate marketing adventure?
