Brand Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our fast growing Marketing Team to develop and build the fresh business/ category brands in line with the Sysco GB strategy to drive fresh market share and sales growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and deliver brand marketing initiatives and tactics across Sysco GB in particular in the Fresh and Broadline businesses, to drive awareness, grow sales and build loyalty with fresh products
- Bring our Fresh propositions to life, supporting sales colleagues to improve share of wallet opportunities with existing and new customers via campaign led seasonal and specialist category content
- Responsible for the creation, execution, and delivery of brand marketing activity group wide, on brief, on budget and on time
- Ensuring joined up innovative sales and marketing activity that delivers sales and margin growth
- Identify best practices in both broadline and fresh marketing activity.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in marketing, branding, communications or sales/marketing related field
- Hands on experience developing and executing digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales
- Experience of optimising online campaigns and developing digital media strategies
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Self motivated, dynamic approach to work, able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong writer and content creator
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment
- Ability to direct and manage third party agencies – on brief, on time, in budget
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities and project timelines
- Project management and organisational skills
- Seek feedback to ensure continual improvement
