CK Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Professional/ Brand Manager to join an outstanding global pharmaceutical company on a six- month contract basis. This role has been deemed to fall inside IR35 so working options are PAYE via CK Group or working through an Umbrella company.
Description:
As a Marketing Professional/ Brand Manager, you will:
- Partner with the internal brand teams to progress materials through Veeva
- Upon appropriate briefing, lead on individual projects to their completion independently
- Support the field team on the organisation and approval of materials related to local meetings and webinars
- Support the internal digital lead with the creation of assets which will be incorporated into specific campaign journeys
- Align with internal teams to maintain usage rights, ensuring appropriate teams are aware when content has upcoming expirations
- Fulfil requests from internal stakeholders as well as partner agencies including managing and uploading assets to Veeva
- Support the internal brand team with ad hoc requests including slide creation
- Gather and summarise feedback and reports using metrics and dashboards on usage and adoption of materials
- Partner with the ProfessionalRelations Manager to expedite content through the approval steps to allow for quicker access
- Work independently with the partner agency independently on projects
- Maximise revenue potential for the agreed brands, by developing tools that enableand support the Immunology/HAE team in promoting key messages appropriate to their customers
- Support with curation of FY24 brand plan slides with guidance from produce manager
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure implementation of the brand strategy
- Develop specific approaches for customer types using the most appropriate channels and monitor effectiveness through KPIs
- Ensure multiple e-media & digital platforms are utilised whenever appropriate to disseminate brandmessages to our key customers
- Work with our digital lead to ensure timely upload of assets to our main educational platform
- Adhere to SOPs and policies and all other relevant external legislation and codes of practice at all times
For this role you will have:
- A minimum 5 years experience in a relevant pharmaceutical marketing role
- Experience working in or with creative agencies on development and management of marketing assets
- Experience working with Veeva/Promomats and SMILE CRM systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience of managing complex projects
- Experience working within cross-functional teams
- High levels of impact and influence -both internal and external
- Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and power-point presentations
- Self-starter, with the ability to complete tasks and manage deadlines
- Experience, assimilating compliance requirements to ensure compliance with ABPI / IPHA Codes
Desirable:
- Degree in life sciences or equivalent
- Further qualification in business or marketing
