A luxury beauty brand is looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Brand Manager, based in London.
The role
As Brand Manager your key responsibilities will include overseeing the brand, collaborating with all departments and external stakeholders. You will also be working closely with the digital marketing team and creative studio in Paris to agree creative messages and execution on all brand design, concepts and vision.
You will be responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across all departments, advertising and campaigns. The role will require you to meet with clients and work with colleagues across multiple departments. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Brand Management
- Media Management
- Eventing and Field Communications
- Campaign Management
How you’ll dazzle us
The perfect candidate is someone with 3-5 years’ experience in brand or product marketing. Experience in Hair Care and Beauty would be an advantage. You should have an analytical mindset, proactively look for process improvements, and be a solution provider.
We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic self starter with brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal. A creative and innovative thinker and problem solver, you’ll demonstrate a strong financial acumen, understand the details of budget management, and show excellence in execution, taking responsibility for the quality of all deliverables.
You’ll also be able to see opportunities to improve processes, and engage stakeholders to deliver change. We want someone who is a constructive networker, collaborating easily with others and adapting to different working styles. Ideally you’ll be a great team player, always looking to understand the needs of the team built on foundations of trust.
