About The Role
As Brand Graphics Design Advisor, a member of the Brand Design Team, you’ll play a key part in helping Morrisons improve our customer journeys, designing solutions across the built environment, working to tight timescales to design POS, signage and environments to create a narrative that conveys our proposition to the customer in a clear and easy to understand way.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of design solutions across branding, visual graphics and tone of voice through category and new business identities and assets across all channels.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Design inspiring, clear and understandable communications that deliver the business’ brand narrative, compelling stories and aspirations in an engaging and forward-thinking language
Ensure all design solutions are fully researched and designed to deliver an improved customer shopping experience in our stores; put the customer at the heart of everything you do
Create designs that solve business challenges at pace and to a high standard
Clearly articulate visual aspects of our brand ensuring there is a clear understanding of the messages required by all stakeholders
Design and collaborate cross functionally to develop design solutions, ensuring brand standards are met
Support the design team and wider business to deliver design solutions on time, to brief and budget
This is role operates over a four day working week*. Based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.

About You

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
2+ years experience in a design role
Graphic / Design qualification to nationally recognized standard
Full understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
Design, Photography, Graphics, Copywriting, experience
Experience of working in a fast-paced design environment with tight deadlines
Strong creative judgement, visual and copy communicative skills and an understanding of design processes
Must be highly organised and able to prioritise workload
Passionate and committed to delivering great quality work
Ability to prioritise & flex to the changing needs of the business
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships at all levels with the ability to influence.
Customer focussed with a positive attitude
Experience of working in fast paced environment with lots of change
