Job description
- Work with the team to utilise customer data, industry research, analytics and insights to optimise digital designs, journeys and user stories.
- Works with creative assets to incorporate brand identity into the customer experience.
- Bring customer propositions to life through brand and digital design.
- Prototype/pilot new services to market test operational viability.
- Ensure a holistic, joined up end user (customer) experience is designed and tested.
- Create and iterate on wireframes of app and web journey designs.
- Work closely with development team to bring designs to fruition.
- Run user research sessions and focus groups to generate feedback to feed into product designs.
- Collate tracking data to feed into designs.
- Link the development of conceptual ideas into concrete designs in line with a brands identity and business strategy.
- Provide a clear vision for improving design processes and explaining and presenting design decisions to service designers business owners and stakeholders.
- UX/UI, Graphics or Product design degree essential
- CX, product design and/or innovation experience desired
- Working as part of a team to deliver on tight deadlines with quality outputs and alongside 3rd party partners
- Working in digital projects or departments
- Designing customer-facing assets or services
- Development of customer journeys, service blueprints and workshop facilitation
- B2C retail experience ideal
- Excellent creative design capabilities with experience using creative design software (InDesign, Sketch, Figma, Miro).
- An excellent communicator
- Strategy and planning (in particular for new or innovative products)
- Managing projects / delivering outcomes
- Ability to put self in shoes of mass market customers
- Excellent teamworking skills
- Ability to simplify complex issues

- Exposure to digital relevant technology areas (e.g. web content management, Mobile Apps, Marketing platforms).
