Purpose of the Role
The Retail Sales Consultant (Luxury Brand Ambassador) is responsible for delivering world class customer service in our stores to achieve sales and service target. They are passionate and knowledgeable about the House of Creed. We referred to our Sales Consultant as Luxury Brand Ambassadors to represent better the level of excellence of our team members! This role is part-time working 2 days per week.
Line of Reporting
The Luxury Brand Ambassador will report into the Account Manager.

Day to Day Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include but not be limited to the following: Ensuring that you are well informed as to the history and character of the House of Creed, that you will sell and can communicate with confidence the features and benefits of their fragrances and other products to potential customers. Act as an ambassador for the brand and company, building strong relationships with store management. Achieving the sales targets that are set for your brand and provide the highest levels of customer service to all our customers and potential customers in line with the Orange Square culture. Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised environment on the counter where you work. Ensure Company Visual Merchandising standards are always maintained. Brief any agency/promotional staff working on the account re company expectations. Carrying out promptly any reasonable instructions or tasks set by your line manager. I.e., stock replenishment, unpacking stock deliveries, stock taking, recording sales figures and supervising agency staff. If requested, report sales figures to Area Manager on a weekly basis. Record individual sales data daily Opening, maintaining, and closing your cash till each day you are at work in line with store expectations. Being aware of and reporting any stock loss or damage on your counter and stock room area. Being aware of new launches, promotional activity and general business trends within the department you work, maintaining market awareness. Comply with Orange Square and In store policies, including grooming guidelines at all times.
Skills/Experience Required Appreciation of beauty or luxury lifestyle sectors and a passion to work within the industry. A passion or keen interest in fragrances and storytelling Experience of providing a consistent high level of customer service. Experience of dealing with clients/customers. Highly organised team player, able to communicate with colleagues at all levels. Able to demonstrate a pro-active attitude and flexible approach. Excellent time management, organisation and prioritising skills.
