A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Estate Agent in the Portsmouth area as a Branch Manager. This is a great role, well suited to an experienced, ambitious Manager with good local area knowledge.
Responsibilities -
- Managing a team of sales staff, including staff training and one to one’s
- Conducting valuations and gaining new instructions
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Working to and achieving both personal and branch targets
To be considered for this role experience of running an estate agency sales office is essential. You’ll have good business generation skills and the ability to manage and motivate your team. Local area knowledge would be beneficial.
You’ll be required to work a 5 day week to include alternate Saturdays.
