Job description
As a BPO Call Center Agent for the 193 Country Linguistic Call Center, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients from 193 different countries. You will use your language skills to communicate with clients in their native language, and help them with their inquiries and concerns. The role will involve working in a fast-paced environment and requires a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients in their native language, and provide excellent customer service.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns, and provide information on products, services, and processes.
- Ensure accurate data entry of client information and interactions into the company's database.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that their concerns have been addressed and resolved.
- Meet performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure that client needs are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve job performance and stay up-to-date on changes to policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in at least one language other than English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work processes.
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
