Job description
The Dominion Theatre is looking for a Box Office Clerk to join our friendly, dedicated Box Office team for the until the end of the run of Grease The Musical (until 28 October 2022), with the possibility of the role extending into future shows.
Box Office Clerks play a key role in the smooth running of the Box Office operations, they are responsible for selling tickets to customers in person, responding to requests by telephone or email, in addition to upselling and maximising income whenever possible.
The successful applicant should be a team player, with experience of providing first-class customer service, an ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills across multiple platforms and be comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Previous Box Office Experience is not essential. We welcome all candidates with transferable skills which meet the job description criteria.
The contract offered is based on 40 hours per week, and involves daytime and evening work, Monday - Sunday.
Salary: £12.75 per hour
