An opportunity has arisen at the Grand Theatre, for a professional and committed customer orientated person to assist the Theatre's Box Office and who can bring excellent customer service, observational skills and enthusiasm to the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible, under the guidance of the Box Office Manager for ensuring that the Box Office operation runs smoothly and assisting customers face to face and via the telephone.
Handling cash and banking processes are essential to the role.
You will be supported in delivering the high standards of customer service that is required at the Grand Theatre.
The post is a full time position, working evenings, weekends and bank holidays shifts as required with the demands on the building.
You will be working as part of a team in this prestigious building to maintain its high standards using appropriate materials and equipment.
Full training will be given for this role.
