Available Job Today Norwich Theatre is looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our ambitious, friendly Box Office team working across three venues Norwich Theatre Royal, Playhouse and Stage Two for immediate start.
We are happy to consider full time and part time applicants.
Box Office Assistants are responsible for supporting the organisation in maximising revenue from the sale of tickets and ensuring the highest standards of customer care are maintained. The successful candidates will have a passion for Theatre and had previous experience of delivering the highest standards of customer care in a similar environment with the ability to motivate and inspire others to maintain those same standards.
Knowledge of the Spektrix or another ticketing system is desirable.
Box Office Assistants will work in a fast-paced customer facing environment on a rota basis, covering a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
