Our Box Office team provides world class service to our customers, selling tickets through various channels and we are looking to recruit a Box Office Agents to join us on a casual (zero hours) basis.
Our Box Office Agents are the first point of contact for The National Ice Centre and Motorpoint Arena customers. They provide the highest levels of customer service, dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries and being pro-active in resolving issues. They will communicate with colleagues and customers in a friendly and positive manner, via telephone, email, social media and face to face.
They will be fully informed of all events and activities taking place at NIC and Motorpoint Arena to offer accurate information to all customers and will undertake all necessary administration in relation to event ticket sales and ice sports activities. They will assist with ticket despatch and are responsible for maintaining our customer database.
The successful candidate will ideally have worked within a similar environment and have a good awareness of the activities which take place at The National Ice Centre and Motorpoint Arena. They will be an excellent communicator who is confident in communicating with customers via various channels. They will have strong numeracy and IT skills and thrive in a busy environment. They will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to adapt to a changing environment.
Box Office Agents must be flexible in their working hours, being able to work regular evenings and weekends.
