We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team, at Guildford Spectrum, in our Bowling Alley. Working at this iconic centre, you will be part of the Freedom Leisure team. You will deliver excellent customer service at all time, ensuring our visitors have a warm and friendly welcome. Working in the bowling alley, you will be on hand to assist customers with bowling etiquette, which could be anything from ball weights, shoe hire and the nature of the game.

Hours: 13.25 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (Rota basis)
Requirements
- To be courteous and friendly to customers, making them feel welcome and assisting them with any queries or problems
- To have a thorough knowledge of the Bowling console equipment to help customers entering names and correcting scores.
- To advise customers about bowling etiquette and about ball weights, shoe hire and the nature of the game of ten-pin bowling.
- To ensure all areas are clean, tidy and safe, including toilets. Ensuring daily and cleaning checklists are completed up to the required standard.
- To take responsibility for bowling shoe hire ensuring that customers' shoes are stored securely in the correct manner and that all bowling shoes are clean and have laces.
- To take bookings from customers over the phone and in person
