HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Boutique Director will have a key focus on business development with the objective of increasing sales, develop clientele, foster and build client loyalty, organise Boutique activities to offer a flawless experience to our clientele. The Boutique Director will leverage on Harrods ecosystem to increase brand awareness and client recruitment.
Business Development:
- Reach quantitative and qualitative targets in line with Brand objectives
- Participate in networking activities outside of the Boutique including client events
- Initiate Boutique events and activities through partnerships to boost sales and traffic.
- Lead by example and develop individual relationships with clients and prospects.
- Drive the changes and ensure adoption of new tools & Services
- In collaboration with the boutique management team, drive and monitor all CRM and clienteling initiatives
Boutique Management & Team Leadership:
- Driving, monitoring and reporting Performance. Developing and sharing an in-depth knowledge of the boutique business
- Managing Store Operations in accordance with corporate guidelines. Ensuring that store operations and all store procedures are perfectly followed to enable the team to perform at their very best on the shop floor
- Providing to the team a strong sense of purpose by inspiring a cohesive team spirit. Coaching and motivating them to achieve KPI’s and perform above expectations.
- Ensuring a singular and adapted development plan is curated & communicated accordingly to each team member
- Actively source candidates & maintain a pool of talents through candidates
Ambassador of the Maison:
- Acting as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community
- Be the ambassador and key contact person for all interactions with the Group and International HQ (to present the boutique, organize visits and events…)
- Adhering with Passion to the values and rituals of presentation established by the Maison
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail with demonstrable and relevant Boutique management experience
- Previous experience in managing a team by leading, motivating, training and developing through active management (KPI management)
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and another language is a plus
