We are looking for someone to:
- To be hands-on, process driven role and an important part of the smooth operation of the company, requiring good organisation and attention to detail, together with the ability to communicate readily with managers and multi-task efficiently, and would suit an experienced book-keeper.
- Data Entry
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Credit Control
- Raising Invoices, Reconciling & Matching PO's
- Actioning Purchase Requisitions, progressing orders, receiving orders and actioning appropriately
- End to End Payroll; including Pensions, Expenses, Timesheets, Statutory Deductions
- Fixed Asset Register Maintenance
- Process Expenses
- Nominal Ledger Maintenance and Journal Adjustments
- Management Accounts Preparation
- Project Accounting, Assist with preparation of Grants and Reports
- Assist with VAT preparation
- Assist with preparation of year-end accounts
You must have:
- Experience in using Sage
- Experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office products, and working with databases is desirable.
- Positive Attitude
