Job description
Due to company expansion, we have an exciting new opportunity for a part time book keeper to join our small but growing office team in the centre of Gloucester on an employed OR self-employed basis. You will be required to work in office with the team.
We supply Security Services to a wide range of clients from small bars and clubs to festivals and large stadiums.
Strong communication and organisation skills are essential for this role as you will be liaising directly with our contractors and database of staff.
The ideal applicant will be well organised with accounts / payroll / finance experience, great administration skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a proactive approach with good attention to detail and be able to manage a varied workload to meet important deadlines.

Experience in a simular role is strongly desired.
Some of the main duties will include:
- Managing usual day to day bookkeeping duties
- Carrying out invoicing and credit control
- Assisting accountant with VAT returns etc.
- Payroll
