Bookkeeper - Part Time United Kingdom

We're looking for a highly organised individual to ensure the smooth operation of our finance, accounting and operational processes.
Reporting directly to the management team, you will be responsible for:
- Raising and chasing invoices
- Checking bank accounts for receipts and matching payments
- Logging, saving and paying bills
- Setting up salary payments, director's fees, and dividend payments, and staff expenses
- Tracking costs & revenue against forecasts
- Dealing with UK and Irish tax, including VAT
- Liaising with our external accountants
- Monitoring client contracts, renewals, purchase orders and associated insurances
If you have:
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
- Strong communication skills
