Join our talented and friendly team!

We're looking for a highly organised individual to ensure the smooth operation of our finance, accounting and operational processes.

Reporting directly to the management team, you will be responsible for:

• Raising and chasing invoices
• Checking bank accounts for receipts and matching payments
• Logging, saving and paying bills
• Setting up salary payments, director's fees, and dividend payments, and staff expenses
• Tracking costs & revenue against forecasts
• Dealing with UK and Irish tax, including VAT
• Liaising with our external accountants
• Monitoring client contracts, renewals, purchase orders and associated insurances

If you have:

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
• Strong communication skills
