Supreme is seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented person who has between 2 and 3 years of professional experience as a Bookkeeper and joins Supreme’s Team located in Brampton, Ontario.
The ideal candidate will have a background in bookkeeping and be able to communicate effectively with both clients and employees. Supreme is looking for someone who can provide timely and accurate financial documentation, and maintain Supreme’s accounting records and bi-weekly payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Between 2 and 3 years of professional experience as a Bookkeeper
- Must possess detailed experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quick Books programs
Experience on:
- Entering new Employee information into Quickbooks including earnings, deductions and all information required
- Accounts Receivable and Collections on a weekly basis
- Accounts Payable (entering invoices, printing cheques, and EFT)
- Basic Accounting: Chart of Accounts-General Ledger Allocation
- Full Payroll Cycle – Revise employees’ worked hours, and days off (Absent, SL, FEL, Holidays, and Time Off Approved) and send paystubs thru Quickbooks
- Record of Employment
- Government remittances (HST, Source Deductions, EHT, WSIB Premium, Federal Tax, Property Tax)
- Online banking (pay hydro, gas, other bills, and EFT for payroll) and TD Financial Web Business Banking
- Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally
- Oversee and implement administrative procedures, establish work priorities, conduct analyses of administrative operations, and co-ordinate acquisition of administrative services
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Knowledge of Payroll policies and procedures as per ESA
- Eci / JobBoss knowledge preferred but not necessarily
- Office Coordination/Management duties as per request but not limited
- A university degree or college diploma in administration/business preferred

- Work in the Office from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm
- $27.00 per hour (40 hours weekly)
