Job description
We are looking for a numbers person with strong attention to detail and good organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Our working environment is very employee friendly. There's no drama, we all work together as a team. We like it when everyone comes in happy and leaves happy. Your duties will include but are not limited to, client invoicing, managing our accounts payables/receivables, monitoring client escrow accounts, title inventory, and payroll taxes, plus helping the staff with other aspects of the mobile home titling process. There is a lot to learn for sure, but we’ll walk you through every step. We have been in business for about 15 years and continue to grow every year. We like to hire for life. This is NOT a remote position
Tasks
1. Invoice our clients A/R
2. Pay vendors A/P
3. Make bank deposits
4. Manage payroll
5. Pay taxes
6. Create Excel spreadsheets
7. Handle day-to-day accounting needs
8. Title inventory
