Job description
- General/ full cycle bookkeeping, including recording journal entries and preparing monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and credit cards.
- Processing payroll in a timely manner
· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly checklists
- Preparation of regular filings such as HST, Payroll & WSIB remittances
- Reception responsibilities including greeting clients, file set up, etc. if required
- Project tracking to ensure deadlines are met using in-house systems
- Ad-hoc projects and accounting duties as required.
- Carry out administrative activities, if required
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

- Experienced with QuickBooks and/or Sage 50
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Diploma in accounting will be an asset.

Salary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Experience:
- QuickBooks and Sage 50: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
