Ray Sanders Ltd is a small manufacturer of promotional mugs based in Liverpool and has been established for over 80 years. Employing 12 staff with a turnover of circa £1m.
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the office's day-to-day operations, including managing staff and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Sales ledger,
Credit control,
Purchase ledger,
Bank reconciliation,
VAT Quarterly return,
Monthly management accounts and annual accounts
Payroll,
Client enquiries and other office duties.
Creating despatch notes and booking transport
Candidates must have experience using Sage Payroll and Sage accounts 50.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
