Paradigm Building Solutions runs a state-of-the-art factory with high-end robotic equipment. Paradigm produces open and closed wood wall panels in Louis Creek, B.C, minutes south of Barrière. There are only a small number of companies in the world running such high-end equipment, and we have big plans to be the market-leader in sustainable and energy-efficient prefabricated wall panels in Canada. Our company is very much data driven and we strive for excellence in everything we do. We are determined to make energy-efficient buildings available to a much broader audience in B.C. and as such strive to disrupt the traditional construction market.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Bookkeeper, you will be reporting directly to the CFO and be working full-time. This opportunity will be a combination of administration, finance, payroll, assisting team leaders and managers, and other administrative responsibilities.
Some key responsibilities of the role include the following:
· Managing all general ledgers, supplier accounts, and data entry; all AR/AP, reconciliations, and overall financial management of four private companies
· Managing payroll and payroll tax payments
· Reconciling quarterly GST/HST tax payments
· Implementing and monitoring the efficiency of updated workflows
· Onboarding and offboarding all new employees; ensuring offboarding process is done in accordance with BC Employment Standards
· Creation of accounting input forms and templates for various departments
· Full cycle accounting
· Familiarity with production inventory software systems
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 5 years administration, payroll and accounting experience is necessary
· A can-do attitude and motivation
· Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
· Experience in Monday.com (PM software) is an asset
· Demonstrate an ability to maintain customer relations, therefore an honest, personable and positive work ethic is essential
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent analytical, critical thinking, systematic and problem-solving skills
· Outstanding time management and multitask skills
