Lanam Healthcare are sourcing motivated and dedicated individuals who wish to join our exceptionally hardworking team.
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeper, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and accounting software, who has experience interacting with a variety of people and resolving problems. Preferably with experience of working in a care home environment, however, individuals with a strong administrative/bookkeeping background without experience will be considered.
Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
What is required:
- Posting to accounting software
- Process and send sales invoices
- Management of sales ledger and purchase ledgers
- Managing debtors & creditors within payment terms
- Managing client payments
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Administration - filing and maintenance of files relating to banking, invoices, suppliers, etc.
- Disclosure checks are required for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.79-£13.40 per hour
