Bookkeeper/Office Admin

Harry’s Hofbrau is seeking a Bookkeeper who is a quick learner and would like to fill a vacancy in our small accounting staff. We are a company with multiple companies/locations that require an individual with office admin and bookkeeping experience and good phone skills, a positive energetic attitude and someone who can handle a multi-tasking environment. This offering is for an on-site office located Mid-Peninsula.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
· Maintaining all accounting and payroll files
· Daily input of sales/payable/receivable transactions in QuickBooks
· Monthly Bank Reconciliation
· Process invoices, prepare checks insuring timely payment of all invoices
· Aid in answering light volume of phones and support to management staff
· Maintain Employee files.
· Prepare quarterly sales tax returns
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
· Previous Office Admin/Bookkeeper or related experience
· Proficient in PC skills including Excel, Word and QuickBooks
· Proficient in 10 key and data entry
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
