This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and organised bookkeeper to join our company that specialise in selling Books Online.
Day-to-day role will involve:
Working in the accounts department as a financial bookkeeper, your main role will be to maintain the accounting systems and financial records using Quickbooks / Xero and other internal systems.
Key duties:
- Balancing accounts
- Processing sales invoices, receipts, and payments
- Completing VAT returns
- Checking company bank statements
- Preparing cash flow statements
- Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
- Supporting with payroll
- Maintaining confidentiality where required
- Supporting with office administration and other general task
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
- NVQ Level 3 (AAT) is a requirement
- Highly organised
- High level of numeracy skills
