Job Duties- Shared Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts receivable, posting cash receipts, preparing bank deposits, following up on over due invoices and customer statements.
- Bank and ledger reconciliation
- Maintain all aspects of payroll in QuickBooks Desktop and maintain all government remittances and forms
- Maintain and remit monthly HST remittance
- Prepare monthly financials to be review by management
- Prepare and maintain monthly commission statements, crystal reports and pivot tables
- Maintain monthly customer rebate programs
- Maintain intercompany transactions
- Prepare credit checks for new customers

Requirements
- Post- secondary education with a minimum three to five years of accounting experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks payroll
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Crystal Reports and Pivot Tables
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good team player
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
