The Role
We are looking for a positive, energetic and self-motivated individual. The perfect candidate for this position will be an experienced team player, who is interested in the intricacies of accounting and has meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:
- Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
- Reconcile purchase and sales ledger statements and process payments and receipts
- Month-end purchase/sales ledger reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation
- Raising & chasing Invoices
- Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Payroll journals
- Month End Reporting
- Providing and interpreting our financial information to help drive decisions
Skills
- Significant experience as a bookkeeper
- Exceptional knowledge of Zero
- A bookkeeping or accounting qualification would be an advantage. Ideally Part qualified ACCA/CIMA, AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
Schedule
- One day a week - Flexible on which day.
Ability to commute
- West London, Hanwell: reliably commute to at least once a month. Can be remote on the other days but must be available via Zoom
Experience
- Xero: 2 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)

Salary: £15.00-£24.00 per hour
