For this position, we are seeking an Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant who is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have a background in Sage 50 Desktop accounting, human resources processes and payroll. We are looking for someone who can work well with minimal supervision, but is able to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones.
- Maintain database of clients.
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll
- Government Reporting and Filing
- Prepare reports.
- General Administrative Duties
- Answering Emails
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week
Salary: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
